A tailored approach to elevate your leadership and focus your team

Leopard Tree is a consultancy firm that specialises in leadership, and the development, culture and support of teams. We work in partnership with learning organisations to systematically deliver professional development, build the capacity of individuals and teams, and support strategic improvement. Leopard Tree’s practice is informed by industry-proven tools and methodologies, synthesising the best of current literature and thought leadership. Our consultancy is tailored to context and built on strong ethical foundations.

The leopard tree (Caesalpinia ferrea syn Libidibia) is known for its elegant form, striking design and unique structure, with the strength of its trunk and the depth of its foundation among its hallmarks.

Our name and our logo reflect our intent to deliver work that is transformative, adaptive, ethical and honouring the uniqueness of the people and the teams we serve.

Not a species native to Australia, the leopard tree can be regarded as somewhat of a pest. Which is fine with us. We don’t mind a little professional troublemaking. Sometimes that is just what is needed.

Practically partners

While the lessons we’ve learned over the years are invaluable, it is our ability to convert these experiences into insights that resonate with your team’s situation that makes Leopard Tree a go-to partner for leaders who want to thrive and optimise their impact.

A modern approach

COVID-19 has changed how the world works — especially within the education sector. We’re flexible and more than comfortable working in the ‘new normal’ of remote learning and support, as well as in-person when situations allow. We prioritise the voice of your team and seek always to engage, empower and collaborate.
