<image:caption>Marissa Clark Marissa brings deep experience as a teacher and leader across diverse organisational contexts. These experiences have shaped her conviction that the quality of relationships - how people communicate, collaborate and navigate tension - sits at the heart of every healthy workplace. Her work centres on the relational dynamics that influence how teams function, particularly during periods of complexity or strain. Marissa supports leaders to understand what is happening beneath the surface of team interactions and to develop the skills needed to address issues early, hold difficult conversations with clarity, and lead with relational intelligence. She is especially interested in the conditions that build trust and psychological safety, and in the practical ways leaders can strengthen these foundations so people feel respected, supported and able to contribute with confidence. Marissa works closely with teams and individuals where communication has broken down or relationships have been strained, guiding them through structured, thoughtful processes that allow concerns to be voiced safely, trust to be rebuilt, and new ways of working to be established. Her approach blends contemporary research, applied relational theory and a calm, steady presence that helps people feel heard and able to move forward. She designs and facilitates professional learning that strengthens communication capability, shared expectations and interpersonal awareness, and provides skilled support when teams need help reconnecting after conflict. Marissa holds postgraduate qualifications in Leadership, is completing a Master of Counselling, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. marissa@leopardtree.com.au 0427 527 022</image:caption>
